I have enjoyed reading several of Knightley's books. If you are interested in military MM romances, she is the author to follow.While I did enjoy the book, it was not my favorite in the series. My reasons? I felt that Forest was really being more difficult than he needed to be. It seemed, to me, that he was really hard on Greene and his actions were slowing down the story. Overall, it felt like the story took a looooong time to get going and when it finally did, the book was over. One other thing I was not a fan of, was that the epilogue took place several years after the story ended and I felt like I missed out on so much.As usual though, I loved seeing characters from previous books and being introduced to new people. This always gives me hope and anticipation for new books Knightley can write.I'm someone who can admit to not reading every single book and still be able to understand the overall story line of the series, which I accredit to Knightley's amazing writing/story telling ability. My favorite and highly recommended books would have to be Taking it Slow (Code of Honor series) and Bulletproof (Out for Justice series). I love Reese’s books. I know when I start one it’s going to be an intense, action-packed, high heat ride that I’ll want to relive over and over. I absolutely adore the men she writes. It’s as if all my favorite action stars live in one giant interconnected MM romance world and have formed a found family so tight that nothing will ever come between them. Heck ya!I’m so, so happy that Forest and Greene found their HEA together. They have chemistry but more than that they understand one another. I loved how Forest wasn’t afraid to stand up for himself and many a time his actions made me chuckle. But when Greene finally let down his walls, it’s a beautiful thing to see.“‘Tell me your dreams,’ Greene said.‘Why?’ He tipped his head to the side, catching those gray eyes.‘I want to make them all come true…’”Gah, bring on the heart eyes, I’m all a-twitter for these two amazing men.
